Suggestions needed.
I'm thinking my Cab needs a new clutch. It has over 135K on the odometer. I'm thinking of replacing the:
Clutch
flywheel
pressure plate
all bearings and pivots
rear main seal
transmission mount
is there anything I've left out?
I really want to do any "while you're in there work." I want the car to be real reliable and am now starting to price the parts accordingly.
The dealer wants about $3400 for a new Torqe tube. I searched and found the topic on rebuilding mine, any downfalls vs a super expensive new one? Anoyone sell them already rebuilt?
She's parked in the garage right now and sure do miss driving her. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.

It really is a matter of the health of your wallet and it's ability to withstand large withdrawals. The clutch job is pretty time consuming and you'll want to replace the pilot bearing, re-surface the flywheel, new disc, and throw-out bearing and the fork bearings. If the main seal is leaking then do it but if its not leaking you won't be gaining much as a new one is just as likely to leak as the existing one that wasn't leaking, IMHO don't fix what ain't broke. The torque tube is pretty easy to re-build, go to Clarks Garage, but agin, unless you have vibration why bother.
