What is the bolt size for the seats?

I removed my seats, and of course, I misplaced the bolts. Went to the hardware store couldnt quite match them exactly, anyone know it off the to of their head?!

Early 944: m6x15 or 20...
Late 944: m8x15 or 20 allen low-profile head... I can't remember the lengths for sure.
