Cool Target: 330-350 RWHP

As so many others have done before, I am asking recommendations to achieve 330+ reliable HP to the wheels.

Curently I have the Autothority MAF with chips and a test pipe making 240hp.

I plan to get the Lindsey Dual port wastegate with controller, and switch to Guru's chips and digital MAF upgrade.

What I haven't decided on is the turbo (I'd like to keep water cooling) or whether the Bosch plugs are worth the $100 over the Siemens (other brands).

I just want personal recommendations and experiences instead advertising. I can read the websites myself.

Thanks for any input.

Isn't MAF kinda old school?! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="wink.gif" />
It's MAP these days..

Check Gurus site.
And I think that Danno & Co are workin' on a special upgrade kit, which should provide
364 rwhp.......

It's not on the site yet.....

I don't want to spend another $1100 on a MAP when I already have the MAF. I'm sure I could make it work.

This setup hit 330 on a 110k plus motor.

(Bloomberg)
Huntley Stage 3 MAF/ARC-2, Stock injectors, 3 bar reg, K27/8 18psi, Tial 35mm, Stock Exhaust, Technodyne Chips

(Me)
Fresh Motor, Forged Rods, Raceware and ARP, Huntley Stage 3 MAF/ARC-2, #55's, Adjustible FPR, GTS Fuel Pump, Hard Pipes, Deltagate, K27/8 18psi, B&B Cat Back, Custom Technodyne Chips

I hope to see 350 at the wheels, and it will be reliable. 330 should be attainable on the cheap.

I was looking at the Lindsey site (anyone from them post here?) and they sell the Kokeln stuff. The strange thing about their '363' hp kit is; they advertise it as a kit to reach 363 hp and give you a price but then add the disclaimer that it requires a seperate cam (for more $$). Why do that instead of including the cam and letting the price reflect that: or call it a 330 hp kit W/O the cam?

Weird.

Anyone from Lindsey or Kokeln care to comment?

i would rather have the digital maf included than the cam, i dont get that kit but I do like lindsey. I bought a used stage 2 maf from tony garcia (brand new almost) and I called them wanting a few bits and they were awesome about it. great customer service, fast shipping. i already have the parts i needed on monday (ordered wed night ground)

If I were you, I would keep your MAF, go with the digital upgrade (I have about 6 fuel maps for 55lbers to try before I fine tune 1)...buy a turbo (maybe vitesse/fast951) and you are pretty much guaranteed 350rwhp as long as you have the fuel (adj reg, 55lbers)
