Check the wires to the AFM and make sure they are not damaged. Also bad/not conected O2 sensors can cause a rolling idle or idle stumble.

TPS actuates the idle control valve(closed throttle) as mentioned above try to reset the idle as per factory spec. However I suspect M758 is on the right track. Inspect/test impulse and reference sensors and wiring.? Its not clear to me at this point if we have an idol, part throttle, or WOT problem or all of the above, or none of the above. FWIW sound kinda like vacuum leak though.
