FIX for sagging visors
I tightened the 3 screws that hold the j-shaped pivot (by the a-pillar) of the visors down and the visors no longer droop. Just wanted to share that with you folks...

Thanks for the tip. I know on my visors though the foam inside had started to detiorate so they were sagging a bit. Seems like a lot of the ones in the salvage yards are doing the same thing too.

The piece that screws into the ceiling on one end and has a shaft that goes into the visor on the other end is replaceable. The shaft has flat areas that are supposed to hold the visor up and out of the way. The flat areas get rounded and the visor sags.
These pieces are fairly cheap and replaceable. This fixed the problem on my car. The visors are now within an inch of the ceiling. Don't know how long they will hold though. They will almost certainly wear out again over time...
The part numbers are:
944 731 437 00
and
944 731 438 00
