Default Power Window Lubrication

Does anyone know of a how-to for lubricating power windows?
I have searched to no avail but thought a check list might help
before disassembling the doors.

Mainly interested in how to get access to channels and tracks

Silicon spray works good in the channels.

Or you could use white lithium grease.

Just remove the door panel and look for the tracks.

Oh, and make sure your battery is in good shape. My windows were all kinds of slow, and I just ignored them. Replaced the battery a while later and magically the windows are all much faster now.

I'd pull the regulator and lubricate the drive system. You would probably want a second person, but only to hold onto the window glass while you take the regulator out of the door- nothing special. It's probably 40 minutes from start to having the regulator out of the door.

It's really easy to get at all of the tracks from there.
