Post need help reconnecting wires behind dash

i took the dashboard out of my car with all the other interior a while back, and now i'm am putting it back together. i have nearly everything connected but there are a couple of connections that are puzzling me. the first one is behind the ignition. it is black, and flat with 6 wires in a row. the code on it is "34025" i cannot find anything to connect to it, and am not sure if it was even connected to anything.

the other is in the passenger footwell. it is also black and flat with 8 positions with only 7 wires in a row. the code on that clip is "34034"

if it helps, i have tested nearly all the electrical components considering i don't have a DME yet. i have found that the only thing not working is the passenger window.

any ideas on what these harnesses connect to? do they even connect to anything?

any help would be greatly appreciated.
