Sheesh guys, dont you recognize an imitation 550 spyder front end when you see one??? James Dean would be spinning in his grave. Even the "PORSCHE" script under the badge is 550-esque.

Cool

Hello. That's my 951 with the RUF wheels. I can answer any questions about them. I've been a long time Rennlist member but i never used this feature. Thanks for the good comments about my car! <img src="graemlins/r.gif" border="0" alt="[king]" />

I saw that dudes car at the Hershey swap meet. Overheard the owner talking to some guy about the mods. Started out as a Boxter, then obviously did some serious front end fabrication. Had "Dean" in gold script on the front fenders.

to be honest i was confused about the car myself. almost looks like the front end from a ford thunderbird but i don't think that's it. this was one of the pictures from someone's hershey gallery and it had the wheels i was looking to show people so i used it. are the wheels really heavy? on ruf's website they are described as:

Light alloy RIM Set RF-3, 5-Spoke Design, one piece,
cast aluminium, Aluminium-silver finish, kit includes:
2x Rim RF-3 8,5 x 18" wheel spacers, hardware.
2x Rim RF-3 10 x 18" wheel spacers, hardware.

R96 300 360 00

i figured they'd be lightweight and good construction since they're ruf but apparently from other members' responses i'm way off
