Post Turbo transmission questions (which is better)

What is the major difference between the turbo transmission with and without the oil cooler. Is one considered more durable (longevity) than the other. For standard street use (275 HP) car as a daily driver? Please let me know.

The one with the oil cooler dissapates heat much better, and therefor would accept abuse better. Too much abuse and it doesn't matter either way, but I would prefer a transmission with one just for the peace of mind.
