Post Ordered some Iridium spark plugs...

NGK BPR7EIX for my 968 [one heat range colder than stock for the turbo] from sparkplugs.com and here they are:



I also ordered standard replacements for my 944 and I can't believe how much smaller the electrodes are on the Iridiums:



They say a smaller electrode is good combat against detonation, so that's a plus. I'll let you guys know how these perform compared to the standard NGK's I have in the 968 now. I also have NGK's in the 944 and I got about 17k miles out of them before they started missing...but they're cheap plugs so I don't mind replacing them often. They were great plugs before they got old. The Iridium's are supposed to last an incredibly long time, while offering the best performance, so I'm curious to see how they'll do.
