OK, I know all of you who have dealt with Prospeed in the past have said that Michael has been great to work with and has been timely, blah, blah, blah. Maybe I'm just a schlemiel, but this guy just keeps...
EDIT Michael called me and explained everything that has been going on. I'll wait and see how this all works out before I decide whether to put the rest of the original post back up.
To all businessmen/women out there, communication is the key! Talk to your clients/customers and let them know what's going on, this way you'll avoid hard feelings. If you need a good role model, look at how Jason at Paragon treats his customers, or Kirk at Zim's.
