I did the booster test 2 different ways (releasing the brake before the last step and also keeping it depressed from the previous step) and didn't get any surprises. I didn't get the decreasing travel in the last step, but I'm not sure what that means.

How do I look for a vacuum leak? I have a mity-vac.

Thanks,
Tom

Update:

Last night, after breaking in the metalmasters, I went to some dirt roads and engaged the ABS repeatedly. No improvement in the pedal. I guess this one is beyond me. I'll probably give Mark at Exotech a call today to see when he's available to take my money.

Thanks everyone,
Tom
