Question Option code needs deciphering

Ok...
I have option code G72, what is that (I searched google, and everything else to no avail)??

Also... Option code 666 says "Without laquer preservation and chrome preservation." What does that mean?

And... I don't have any of the option codes denoting a US-Spec car... I do have Code C02 (cat), but thats it. Confused yet?
