Thumbs up

I likey my cookie's...
I striped the rims awhile back, and polished 'em w/ the centers untouched... Now I'm thinking 'bout having 'em completely polished and finished in that 'black-diamond' finish BBS is using... OMG!... And MY tires were cheap too! Gotta love it! -llg

I love the phone dials. I wouldn't trade them for anything. Except maybe 17 inch phone dials.

What is PhD doing slumming around here?? Oh wait!! I know. He's now going to have to start buying antifreeze, and he's looking for some advice. Heartless bastard - the oil stains aren't even dry yet, and you've already changed your avatar.

I have the 928 flat-face wheels on my car. They look alright, I'd rather have wheels off of a C2. Something that still looks like it came original with the car (from the same era), which allows me to see the studs when I am mounting the wheels! I just cannot seem to learn to love peeking through the tiny vents on my wheels to see if I have them lined up!

When I got my car it had the 928 dishes; not bad, but their condition wasn't so great... so I bought the 951S wheels from a friend. Hmm, much better.

Then came the winter and I needed something to put the studded tires on - enter 15" phone dials. I can't say I love them, but they don't annoy me either... and I'm about to paint them with an antracite-kind of color (just did the center caps two days ago - came out OK!)

Now, today I got a good deal on some 19" things and couldn't resist... aieeegh...

Hmmmm, I sorta forgot....do I know how to write a check anymore. Is Fri really pay day? Ah questions to ponder. Besides let not forget the car that sits under the cover. No crappy cutters there. HA no leaks either. And lets be clear on one thing. My HEADS are water cooled, not my CASE.

Getting back on topic... Phone dials are not my style especially on 924, except I saw a balck 944 with some nice, deep, polished phone dials that looked nice.

Sorry for the offtopic post... 924Superwagen: Where in Montreal are you? I'm right downtown.
