Robby, you can edit your own messages. Just hit the icon that looks like a pad with a pencil at the top of your original message. Spell check is available as well. Welcome to Rennlist.
As for your question. The car is worth exactly what you want to pay for it. Never more, but usually less. My guess is that the owner has quite a bit wrapped up in recent bills. He'll be upside down at best on a 944na. The value of the car in 6 months will be the same as if the work had never been done (assuming miles have been added).

Kbb rates it at $2,850-$3,245. 944 N/A's are pretty easy to come by. That's bad for the seller but good for the buyer. 944's with current maintenance, DOCUMENTED, are harder to come by b/c the maintenance isn't cheap and the cost benefit to an owner is little unless the owner is an enthusiast.
To ballpark it I'd say:
$2,500-$3,500 for the 944 maybe more maybe less but dependent on mileage and cleanliness
$800-$1,000 for the timing belt/waterpump ONLY if it is documented by a Pcar mechanic and very recent. If not documented it's worth NOTHING.
$100 for the tierods, again if documented
Turbo nose probably doesn't add much to the actual value of the car. A strong argument could say that it detracts from the value.
Good Paint-hard to price as this is so subjective but we'll say $500.
Thus the reason that 944 values are so dynamic. It could be a $2,500 car or it could be a $6,000 car. It'd have to be really nice to fetch over $5,000. Again, only my opinion but hope that it helps.

My 86 na with full turbo front clip, adjust koni's up front (full struts not just inserts), welt. prog. springs in front, chip, blah blah blah... has a constant running price tag of $5500. I am not in the market to sell it but thats the price I give every kid who has to ask. someone will pay it someday,
