Clutch pedal
84' 944 in storage for winter. I put the car in neutral to push car, and the clutch pedal stayed on the floor. I was able to return the pedal. I have not had time to look into the problem yet. Any ideas as to what I might look for when I do take it out of storage?

You'll probably end up replacing the Master and Slave cylinders. Look under the dash where the Master cyl pushrod comes through the firewall and connects to the clutch pedal. There is a rubber boot on the pushrod. If you see any fluid on the rod or on the carpet, that's the root of your problem. It's a wise idea to replace the Slave cylinder at the same time as the Master.
And buy a Power Bleeder, it'll be $40 well spent!
Good luck,
Dale.

I used to have an old Mazda RX-7 racecar that would do this after it sat for a few months. My theory was the seals would dry out if it wasn't used. Happened twice, and both times the same story - clutch went to the floor, check the fluid reservoir and it's empty, floor wet. I just added fluid and all was well. It never leaked a bit as long as I drove it at least once a month or so.
So anyway, if you are not anxious to drop some $ and time on this right now, you might just make sure your fluid reservoir is filled, bleed it, and see if everything works ok. If so, could be the same situation and as long as you drive it regularly it may be fine. Then you can fix it whenever you have the time/$.
(Of course I never took the same approach with parts that make the car stop!)
