I have searched but didnt find anything to answer all the questions.
I have a 2 piece x-over pipe.
Does anyone have a nice writeup on how to install the Tial wastegate?
What hoses to use for the MBC so it doesnt melt (close to the headers) and were to route them thru (firewall?)
Do i need to have the car on a lift?
Can i remove the cycling valve compleatly and pitch it?
Anything else i need to consider?
Thanks in advance.

The lindsey and clarks write-ups help...

Aftermarket wastegates mount with the valve opening the opposite direction, don't let that confuse you. Other than that a tial isn't really too special so those write-ups should help. Its easier on a lift but just about as easy on jackstands.
If you look at the hose currently going to your stock wastegate you'll see that it doesn't get too close to the headers and even has retaining clips. Any emissions rated house will do fine however I chose lindsey silicone vacuum line. If you are going to route them inside the car, you could remove the rubber seal where the wiring harness goes through the firewall, however most people choose to drill a hole there or a hole through the fire wall and then through the battery tray. If you need a MBC or a dash piece that has been modified to fit the MBC where the cigarette lighter is, PM me. I have one that I am no longer using.
Get rid of the CV for the MBC to function properly. I think the accuboost MBC can be installed with the CV but I don't see why you'd want to. When deleting the CV you must cap of the line that goes to the J-boot. Some use a screw and clamp in the line, I capped it off at the j-boot. The lindsey write-up will tell you more about this.

I used silicone vacuum hose bought from Lindsey Racing. I routed it down against the firewall and have no issues with heat.
Yes you can ditch the cycling valve if you install an MBC. Just ensure that the hoses are attached to their appropriate places on the wastegate and MBC.
I installed my tial with the car on jackstands. If you want, you can PM me with specific questions and I'll answer them for you in more detail. It took me all of about an hour and half.

Not sure if these would work for you or not. The standard plate is on the exahust side but the crossover side is welded on and of course you would need to have the two piece setup....
