Selling my 968, don't need them, trying to clean up garage.

I am looking at a 1995 968 that has some damage to the drivers side bolster. Are 968 seats specific to968's or are 944 seats interchangable? If I see correctly these seats are manual for and aft and electric for other adjustments?
