Post Gas tank problem

so, I seem to have a hole in the top of my gas tank on the side of the spare tire well... small hole.

Is there any way to fix it, is it easy to get the gastank out, do i need to get a new gas tank, and if so where can i locate one or the stuff to patch it with?
thanks.

I have used Permatex Gas tank repair (about$4). This is a putty type. Clean surface is a must. I have tried a couple other epoxie/fiberglas kits and they did not hold to the tank under flex/stress conditions. You will have to drop the rear transaxle ect. to get the tank out. Much labor. There are pictures of tanks in previous posts and further explanations.
