You are going to need a fender, front spoiler/airdam, control arm, tie rod, wheel, and strut for sure.

Sure the frame isn't bent. Pop the hood to make sure the frame member next to the headers is still straight.

Frame is tweaked, but not sure how bad. Talked to a local frame shop that has a good rep and will try and get him to take a look and see if its worth the trouble.

I bent my frame and went to the body shop, they said over 5,000 to replace frame member and paint the part.
Thats with me, first, taking the engine out.(that would be an extra 1500 for them to do it) Now I look for a turbo instead of fixing my 944S

Well, from the picture there is allot of damage. Wheel, fender, lower nose, hood repair and then the suspension look to be all busted up. I hate to say it but sell the car unless you both love this specific car and money is not object then fix it. Just in body work alone I bet you pay 1K to get the parts either replaced or fixed. Then spend another 1K on the suspension and both quotes are without labor so unless you do the work so far you’re at 2k and I bet their were other things you both wanted done to that car before the wreck. Take it from someone that just and still is fixing up their 944na unless you love this particular car take the money and run to another great 944 on eBay that you can make better.

You're right, it's going questionable whether this is worth the trouble but she really likes the car and so do I. Mechanically it is very sound, with a full service history and only 88k mi. so I'm reluctant to sell it off but it may come to that. I can do all the work myself except for the frame pull. So the biggest issue right now is findng parts without breaking the bank.

I pretty much have all the parts (less breaking my set of wheels for 1 replacement) for less than $500 if you decide to fix it. That pretty much includes strut, control arm, fender, front air dam, sway bar, etc. There is a little bending of the inner fender but I doubt the frame rail moved. I know I would be able to have that thing fixed and painted for around $1000 total including $500 in parts.

Well then, looks like your in the same boat I was, as for the frame there should be a shop that can knock that out for you and then with our help for parts and your effort you should be back on the road.

Good luck
