Oh, Bill you can just do the wash and shine. On the outside there's nothing to say that your car is modified. It looks great if you ask me, you'll score well. Trust me, just wash it all up and see what happens. It's fun!

Bill, Let's make it 7:15 at IHOP. I'll meet you there for breakfast. From there we can meet Ben and Jim at the Chevron station off McCarthy Ranch.

Ben, Call me later and I'll give you directions on how to get there. Jim should be waiting for us there @ 9:15 or so.

Ok, 11th hour decision. But, we'll be there. Loading the truck now, so if anyone needs something. Let me know so I make sure I load it on the truck. Otherwise, I may leave it because of not having enough room.

Speaking of bling bling, the PT Crusers invaded Modesto today. Enough bling to blind.. I think there were 2 cars that actually had modified engines out of 600+. Truly we were the Yuppy rice capital of the world today. They're downtown right now trying to remember how to sock hop.

In 2 weeks though, will be Grafitti weekend. That's a different story. HP galore!!

Damn, that was a fun time, even with 2.5 hours of sleep! There were some nice cars that showed up. Who saw that 968 at the concours with an undercarriage that you could eat off of or the flared silver 914 with the fat carrera motor stuffed in it?

Bill, thanks for letting me drive your car. The power and response is incredible and I really didn't even push it. My car feels sluggish now.

Like last year the people are what made this event what it was.

Hey guys, great to see you all again. Here's what I was talking about for something to do on June 14th.

Graffiti Weekend

9am-11am Car Parade (closed street cruse, IE: open headers!)
10am -5pm Car Show
5pm-whenever BBQ at Dalens
8ish head out and look for crusers. (they invade the town) Since it lasts until Sunday, they don't all head for home Sat night. Usually something is going on downtown.

There is some HOT HP floating around Motown this time of year. Makes driving through town very interesting at times.
