I bit the bullet on the suspension.
After several months of sitting on the pot I decided to make the decision to upgrade the suspension. The stock suspension was fine for the street but just had nothing when it came to autocrossing...I have gotten very good at not overdriving as a result though.
The cab is going under the knife and getting Konis on all four cornors with the front koil over kit, 30 mm sways up front, 19mm sways in the back, and a fresh ballance and allignment. I think I may get some new rubber as well but wait till after the next event to feel what just the suspension change has done. I'll up date in a couple of weeks.

I'm with you.. I decided the moment my n/a sells I am purchasing the ground control rear coilover kit for $649 and matching front springs for my front coilovers. Also think I might have to splurge on 968 m030 swaybars..

I would get some advice on camber and toe settings. You will need something that allows the car to be used on the street without excessive wear since this is your DD (correct?).

If you haven't purchased yet, I'm assuming you haven't seen this http://www.paragon-products.com/product_p/944spec-3.htm and I'm also assuming that this "kit" is very close in price to what you're looking at. This just has the bigger Welt. sway bars...

Just out of curiosity, what shop do you use? 300 sounds like a bit much for stock torsion bars. To make up for it youll need a larger rear sway bar, and unless you have an LSD you are going to have tracktion issues coming off corners. I would think 200-250# would be the most you can run with OEM torsion bars, unless you use helper springs in the back. Ground control has a nice kit for the back thats fairly inexpensive and might be worth considering.

Ok, you all got me thinking, that is why I started the post. I had another talk with my shop and they said that 300lbs is the MAX that you can go with the stock torsion bars. After some furthur talks I have decided to go with 250lb to make the car more nutral. I am going with the kit from Paragon. This car is not my daily driver. It only gets about 3,000 a year. Back and forth to autocrosses and some local meets.
Steve, my cars are serviced at Walid's shop.

I've never run a cab, so I'm can't give you specifics on what will work but given the limited road use, you might as well have fun
