I'm not sure. I asked him to look for the stamped number and he came back with 255/40.

wow. thats the stamped number on the tire.....LOL

If they came off a 99, then its should be like 55 front and 65 rear.

I actually have a set of spacers that should work for you. 30mm for the fronts and 50mm for the rears.

If they are OEM wheels the offset should be stamped by the valve stem

EDIT: I'm pretty sure those are Boxster twists, 17" which should have a 55mm offset front and 50mm offset rear.

I go out to Roselle often, so when you get the wheels maybe I can drop by and see if my spacers will work for you.

I ran those exact spacers with 55mm offset wheels front and back, so I know at least the 30mm will work but the 50mm might be too much spacer.

1" Wheel spacer adapters are necessary for the fronts I believe on an early offset 944. The rears with those wheels, I don't know... maybe 1.25" - 1.5" ????

But I'm a cheap ***.

I bought a set off craig's list for less than $400 with tires. If you buy them, do not lay them on their front side to clean the back side. One re-paint later mine looked good again.
