Thumbs up AMAZINGLY clean 14k 83' 944 on ebay......

Just ran across this great looking 83' 944 on ebay. You have to appreciate a well cared for early car.

As usual no affiliation etc., just thought it looked great.

And original expansion tank.

The description makes it sound like the dealer knows about the car. Too bad they think it's worth $20k.

I don't see anything wrong with a $20k price tag. This car is well taken care for.

You guys need to stop thinking these cars aren't worth any money or the market value with never go up.

damn that's beautiful. that's basicly a brand new 944. It'll still need maintenance though, belts, possibly oil seals that are dried out and will leak.

It sure is the same car --

Good eye Gina, take a look at the vin plate -- same stain. Look at the throttle cable bracket -- same discoloration. Look at the metal part of the AFM -- same two spots. Same car.

I was at the auction, saw it go and thought that $9000 was a fair price. I think the $21,900 price he has this listed at is ridiculous and excessive!

So then my 85.5 with 90K miles doesn't look too bad compared to this one...

That is a gorgeous example but I'm always sketchy when a early model claims low mileage. Been there, done that.

i thought the early 944's had the same interior as my 924S. 3 spoke steering wheel, upside down tach.

and did these cars really come with yokohama tires?
