Default New noise...

I just got my car back from the shop after having the A/C and a fuel leak worked on. Well they didn't get the leak fixed so i had to take it back to them an hour after picking it up. On the way back to the shop, I noticed a new grinding noise that seemed to happen randomly, sometimes it was when I was slowing down, others when I was slipping the clutch to start moving from a dead stop, and I also heard it on the interstate when I would accelerate.

It had an alarming metal on metal grinding noise, and when it would happen I could feel a little vibration through the pedals.

Sorry its such a vague description, but I am hoping you guys could point me in the right direction to look. I am moving to Charleston, SC this coming weds (30th) and don't want the car to brake down on me on my 500 mile trip.
