glue/sealant for rear hatch reseal
I was wondering what I should use for a rear hatch reseal. I have searched a bit but there's a bunch of opinions and I don't really know what to go with.
Any new developments in what is the best to use?

You want a urethane based glass adhesive. Go talk to the guys at a local glass installer. They deal with this stuff every day.
I ended up just having them do it for me; didn't remove the glass, just cleaned up the old stuff, and injected some sealant. I was going to then just mask off and paint a strip around the edge on the outside to clean up the look, but they did it for me. Since I don't have a concours car, I really don't care about having a 1" black strip around the edge of the hatch.
The best part was when I went to pick it up, they said "no charge..."

3M Windo-Weld. But consider having it done, if at all possible - BTDT, it sucks!!!

I would do it just before you crack open a window at highway speed and the rear hatch glass goes flying.
After that....it's too late.
