Default Wheel stud size?

Does anyone know the size and pitch of the wheel studs off the top of your head?

Also, any idea where I could get some threaded rod that's the same size and pitch, and a tap that size?

http://www.mcmaster.com/

It might be hard to find a metric tap that large locally.
