On my way home today my dad was behind me and he said that once the boost hit and I took of there was some smoke from the exhaust. But never when I am not in boost. I never had this problem before when the car had a broken wastegate and was only running 3 psi. (Now I am running 15psi with the LR 300 rwhp kit)

Is this something that I should be worried about? I am thinking about getting a new job that will require me to drive 200-500 miles a week and am worried about putting that many miles on the car if there is a underlying problem.

know what color the smoke is?
with more boost comes more fuel and if you don't have a cat, etc.. you could see the fumes from the car from running a bit rich

i've had a fair share of 951s drop the hammer in front of me, big cloud of smoke included.
