Ok...I am in need of your feedback, opionions, thoughts, etc..
I am getting a a noise when taking long right handers. The noise is also noticable when coming to a light in third gear with the clutch engaged. When I disengage the clutch, the noise goes away.
The noise sounds like it is coming from under the drivers side footwell. The noise is a rapid clunk almost like a bearing of some sort.
I replaced the wheel bearing to be safe however, the noise is still there.

I have a similar noise but it only happens during right turns, especially if I get on the throttle in the turn. I replaced tons of suspension stuff thinking that something in the suspension was causing it. I finally found out that it was my SFR 3" exhaust rubbing the frame edge right where the castor block mounts under the driver's floor. It has progressively gotten worse and the culprit is my bad motor mounts allowing the engine to tilt just enough to touch that edge with the exhaust when making right turns.

My brake rotors used to kiss the calipers when you loaded the suspension a particular way (I think this was due to spindle wear). Anyway, you may want to inspect your rotors for a polished spot on the outside edge.
That doesn't have anything to do with clutch engagement or gears, but it's easy and worth a shot.

Colin..bingo
Last night I lifted the front up and noticed that the exhaust is mm away from the control arm. I searched further and confirmed that I have a collapsed mm. I knew I had a collapse mm because of the vibration in the cockpit however never had the noise before the clutch job.
Thanx for the feedback...gotta love Rennlist.
