Default Photoshop help?

I was wondering if anyone could put black mirrors on my car?
They have taken a beating and I know I could never match the red so I thought I'd ask.

FYI, I was in the process of compound & waxing the car when I took the pic, so don't freak over the swirls.

Default try this first

Some folks here have talked about a spray paint that is very close in color to guards red. They used in on their front end as a band-aid approach to prevent rock pecks from turning into rust. This was mostly for track cars, but with some sanding and a clearcoat maybe it could look good enough -- at least as good as black from a rattlecan. Perhaps you could try that first and then go black if you don't like the red.

Maybe one of them could chime in and tell you which red - I think it was a rustoleum color but don't quote me on that.
