Hey all,
I'm in need of a manual seat track. Driver's side preferred, but passenger side will do. Also need the seat belt reciever and bracket that is bolted to seat track. Later model only. (85.5 forward)
Thanks!
, Bill

Bill,
The driver's side manual seat track is a rare part - usually only came on cars supplied with a racing bucket (944 w/clubsport option, 968CS, 964RS...ect) - you can buy them new, they are about $380 per track (two per side)
I just went through this search. You can find plenty of passenger side manual tracks, however if you are trying to mount racing buckets, you can't use the passenger side manual tracks unless you cut a slot in the seat mount adaptors in order to allow the rod for the locking mechanism to pass through the adaptor.
I ended up turning my power seat track into a manual one by cutting off the excess brackets used for the mounting to the electric motors. I can post pictures later if you like.

Thanks for the info!
I'm actually putting '84 944 seats in my '87 Turbo. I had originally intended to just drill holes in the seat tracks of the '84 seats and bolting them in. However, I don't like the way they lock only on one side, and I would still need one seat belt.

But thanks for letting me know before I started a quest for the driver's side.
