Default Audio Help

Hi there,

Please bare with me, i'm a complete noob to this and i've been searching like mad on this forum and found a few answers. Anyways I just picked up a blaupunkt vancouver cd126 for my 87 944. Its a somewhat factory look. Now I'm going to upgrade the speakers to the infinity kappa 4x6 in the front and back. Now what do i need to get these speakers pumping? Is there a way to hook up an amp to the head unit and the speakers? And if i want to add a sub do i add another amp or can i get away with a 3 channel amp, left, right and sub as 3 channels?

4X6's dont pump, just use the existing wire and get a mono amp to power a sub woofer.
