Yes, on a Superflow engine dyno. The top engine with the silver colored TB's made over 300 (can't remember exactly) and was in street trim - low compression, fairly mild cam. The old engine on the bottom is an early PCA club race 2.8L GT4 engine. It made 325hp and was in a 1980 lb. (wet) 924/944. The car won most everything back in the day. It went on to run some in HSR and is now at a mid-west country club track with a stock 968 engine in it. Incidently, this engine (red cam cover) is for sale. It's been regularly updated over the years, and is currently low time, so relatively fresh. It's a hoot to drive, and has proven to be quite reliable. Contact me, I suppose.
PCA classes used to be based on engine displacement and had no minimum weight! Hang on, Maybe I'm showing my age…
Oh… the engine in the yellow car made 400hp on an engine dyno. It's a 3.2L and belongs to Henk Kiks, a Dutch racer in Thailand.

Mmmmm, dry sumps and ITBs. Michael, you do some seriously cool stuff.
I'd guess unless there's a turbo in the equation, ITBs won't do you a damn bit of good on an 8v motor.
Sure, I might be biased, but MAN I love how those built up 16v motors look. Gimme more!
