I am thinking that we should shoot for March 9th? Do you all want to meet up at the Porsche headquarters off Hammond at Perimeter Mall and then we will head north on 400? I suppose we could have second meeting place at Northpoint for the folks that already are north of the city.... How does 9:30 sound? I figure that will put us into Dahlonega for lunch around 11:30 - 12:00 ahead the lunch crowd.

Quick thread hijacking here:
I need to find a reputable tire shop in Atl to balance and align my wheels (1992 968).
I recently got new tires at the Firestone off N. Druid hills and they did a really **** pore job...scratches in rims, wheel weights stuck on top of other wheel weights, tires still feel unbalanced...so I didn't ask them to do the alignment.
Please reply w/ a PM so I don't completely hijack this thread. I need to get it done before this GTG.

That sounds like a plan - if the weather was anything like this past weekend it will be sunroof out time Maybe there is a good spot for some pictures up by Northpoint?

I did a bunch of work to my car this weekend with Albert's help. Pulled the head and replaced the head gasket and also swapped out the turbo, some exhaust components etc. She got me to work this morning - I am hoping that I put everything back right Haven't tried the boost yet but it should be better.

Here is what the previous owner said - nothing too wicked but should provide a little extra kick in the pants...

"It’s a T04B with 50mm trim has a #6 hot side, oil and water cooled. This turbo was rebuilt by Majestic Turbo, was installed and removed in the same day by the previous owner because of a blown head gasket. The #6 hot side was machined to except a stage 3 turbine. It will make 21psi from 3000 rpms to redline, spools up quicker then the stock K26."
