Wow, everyone's got their panties in a bunch for no good reason. What Kyle said wasn't that bad, come on! I mean, he even put the obligatory smiley after it!

Seriously, no offense meant, but it is a little silly to post up pics of merchandise that looks that bad. They are, after all, only 15" Fuchs that in great condition command OK money. Its not like they are coveted 930, 951, or an RS variant set. In that condition they aren't really worth more than decent cookies or phones. Just because Kyle busted your chops a little bit in a kidding way doesn't mean he is an ***. I hardly see anything worth reporting to a moderator here. If anything, Rock set this post off with his "homo" comment.

Bear in mind I like all of you guys. I have no dog in this fight, I'm just a ringside observer.

I am going to differ a bit here. I agree with Tifo that its a little silly not cleaning it as it takes very little effort for a lot of visual gain. However, I don't give a $hit whether someone like what I have to sell no matter what condition. I wash/clean my stuff when and IF I feel like. Yes when I feel like it and not when you (not refering to you Tifo) or anyone else. I think the posts are just %uckin rude and immature. Let me think, the last 15x7 fuchs I sold to a wheel shop with brake dust and curb rash got me $175 a wheel. The 15x8s got me $125 to $150. Lets do the math. He doesn't want to trade 3 wheels worth $450 for a pair of $hit PDs or cookies that are worth $200 a set of 4 not counting he is throwing a good set of tires. For what he is asking to trade, a set of dirty wheels is a better bargain for the other person. I bought my 17" cup II factory wheels for $550 so I think belittling what someone has for options on his car or what he is selling is way out of line. I think an apology is in order.

Please read the Zero Tolerance topic at the top of this forum from John D.:

There's no loop-holes - i.e. you can't harrass folks then apologize afterwards and think you'll get away with it.

Kyle gets a week off.

let's not be one sided here, Randy V!

I think that Rock's comments were quite inapropriate (sp?) and "harassing" as well.

I can get 15X8 fuchs for $45 bucks a rim all day long. The 15 inchers really arent worth any more than the phonies and cookies in good shape.

That said I would trade you my set of refinished and shiny cookies for your dirty and 'one dented' fuchs. That is as long as the dented one isnt actually bent.
Would this be a possibility to you? I think the value to value is fair, but cookies look alot like fuchs so I dont know if that will suit you.

I will buy as many straight $45 15x8 fuchs you got + some finders fee and pay $20 each wheel for shipping up to 25 sets or 100 wheels. I am serious.

These fuchs have 23.3 offset and fits perfectly on a 911. In fact these fuchs have 911 part numbers and the 15x7s were used on the rear of a 911 but the 15x8s weren't used on any 911s I know of.

This is not usual behavior, this is an outburst but an immature individual that escalated, to my knowledge. I'm pretty sure at least the rear wheels fit 911's not sure about the fronts.

Ah those are plain cool. Do you know their weight vs mine? What condition are the tires in? Do you have any pictures of them on a car? They look great and I would be up for a trade but wanna see them on a car first just to make sure they look how I think they would.

The tires are old and should be used as rollers only! I cant help you with the pics of them on a car but there are lots of 944's out there with some version of 16" BBS rims still on them as they were the Sh** in the 80's! Along with parachute pants and reebok velcro high tops!!! They are going to be heavier than your rims because there 16" in diameter versus your 15" but the lighter tire and increased rigidity of the corning of your car far outweighs the minute weight that you will add with these! Here is a very good web site that breaks down the weights of pretty much every popular Porsche wheel out there through all sizes and dimensions!
