Default Is this Possible???

It would appear oil is leaking from my WATER PUMP Is this possible?
Or should I be assuming it's from the oil pump?

The attached picture shows the water pump ( Bright shiny aluminum center left) You can see the oil on the bottom of the water pump
Dull aluminum( center right) is the oil pump. Bolt hole is for the oil filter housing.

Thanks in advance..

Where is the oil? I kinda maybe see a spot of wetness right around 10 o'clock of that empty bolt hole.. but that looks like coolant.

What color coolant do you use?

Oil from the WP is impossible unless you have oil and water mixing. But still oil wouldn't be leaking, milkshake would be leaking.
