Default Trans part for LSD

Does anyone have a Diff cooler drive gear for a trans with lsd? It is held on with the right differential bearing. PN 016 115 165 No A at the end.

Hey Steve - called Sunset and they said it had been discontinued and no one had one anywhere....big bummer. Went out to DC automotive and signed up to be alerted if they ever come across one....

Well, I will order the parts then and if you don't find anything by then I will put it together without it.

Oh yea, what kind of price are you talking for the turbo struts. I didn't know they were different.

No real value to these as long as you don't mind using your own top mounting plates.

I sent an email over to Joe at GAD to see if there was a rare chance he had a trashed lsd trans he was parting. I'll let you know if I hear back from him.

Thanks Doc - gave him a call and he said that he has new gears that he has manufactured and they are $400. Good to know since that would be the only place anywhere to get them that I know of. I have decided that I don't need a cooler on the trans though if it is going to be that much. Kevin even said that with the newer synthetic transmission fluids that unless you were really heating the car up on the track the cooler isn't as needed as it used to be.

Hey Steve -Just noticed where Ian at 944online.com lists that gear for $233 if they have one in stock. I sent over an email to them to see. I'll call if I don't hear anything back from them by the end of today.

Hey Steve - sounds good. You are going to really enjoy these turbo brakes once you get them on the car. I pulled the ones off Amanda's car since we are selling it and put the NA brakes back on. Night and day difference

I am looking forward to it. I hope I can get the rotors and pads soon. Still a lot of money for those.
