Put a bowl with ammonia in it in your car and leave it for a couple of days. You will have to air your car out well afterwards to get rid of the ammonia smell but when it's gone the musty smell should be gone too.

 

tea tree oil, 1 part to 20 parts water. it works. google it. also kills cats and yeast infections.
