Default Sunroof Leaking

HELP! I'm at wits end here, my sunroof is leaking and I can't get it to stop. I have put in a new gasket, and made sure I got the one for the early model 944, but this morning I came out to a Smurf swimming pool in the back seat. Does anyone know is I need a sealant on the gasket or something? (I just pushed the gasket back onto the sunroof the same way the old one came off)

Have you checked to make sure the drains are clear?

Are you sure that it is the sunroof? Sometimes it leaks around the battery tray or the windsheild and then it goes and puddles in the back. If it is the sunroof the arms might not be pulling down the sunroof all the way (this is what mine did). Good luck.

I've checked the battery and cleared that drain, and also had the windsheild resealed. Which was nice and neatly done by a local shop (said sarcastically). So now the front seat is nice and dry.
As for the levers not pulling the sunroof tight, how can you fix that?
And I just got back from having a professional shop try to allign the wheels, since I was still out on mine, and they can't do it either. Any thoughts on if there's a slight trist to the frame (-0.1 degrees on the allignment) that would affect the sunroof seal?
