Questions to ask at a PPI
I'm committing my second overt act in furtherance of my self-conspiracy to purchase the car in the attached thread. My PPI is scheduled for tomorrow, 14 hours from now.

The mechanic looking at the prospect owns a primarily Porsche-oriented shop and sounds like he knows what he's talking about. In preparation for this I've downloaded a checklist from Clark's Garage. Anything else I should ask about?

Have them do an extensive test drive - they probably have a better idea than you how it should feel and sound.
Also, all the obvious - look for fluid and exhaust leaks; check all suspension components; make sure all electrical functions (interior and exterior) work properly.
Do you have any maintenance history for the car? Last time belts were changed? Last time brake fluid, coolant and gear oil were changed?
