Actually had some light gray carpet that I tried to dye black and it didnt go very well. The challenge was getting the carpet clean enough for the dye to stick and lets face it...the high traffic areas are the dirtiest and the places where the dye wore off the quickest. Ended up buying black carpet, because the old carpet was ruined at that point and looked like crap.

What color is the original carpet? If it is linen you MIGHT be able to bleach it but it will look splotchy. If you want white, buy new carpet.
I know, "prolly" not the answer you wanted to hear.

Yea, I figured i'd have to buy new carpet anyway. Since the cargo area is heavily faded. Well, before I decide on which way to go with my interior, what color combination should I do? I'm thinking about, all black, since it would be much easy to obtain the black capret, than the white. Or, white carpet, white leather seats with black pipeing, and white leather lower door panels, while the dash, rear quarter panels, ect remained black. Someone please help me decide, before I spend alot of money, lol.

Nope! Assuming the kit you bought is shaped well. Just pull the old crap out, spray on some 3m adhesive, and lay on the new stuff.
