...no its not actually. but on really cold mornings, my drivers side lock dosnt unlock from the outside. so i have to go through the pass. door.
is there some kind of lube or something that freezes, and why is it only the drivers side?

Try a little bit of WD40. Chances are that if it has snowed where you were at, some of the snow melted and somehow got behind the door seal and onto your tumbler. In that case, it probably freezes again due to cold nights. The WD40 may drive the water out. I washed my car once when I was in the mountains and it snowed overnight. The next morning my locks felt like someone put loctite red in them.

Be careful, these handles are prone to breaking internally. If it doesn't feel like it wants to open, don't push (or pull, as the case may be) it.

I don't like to use WD40 in these situations. WD40 is an oil which attracts dirt. Dirt accumulates and then dries out and makes the situation worse. Use a sprayable graphite instead.

In the Great White North we have lock-de-icer, the little bottles have a tab with a hole, you push the tab into the key hole and the de-icer flows into the lock. Worth their weight in gold as well as gasline antifreeze. Gasline not gasoline.

I use a product called Lock-Ease. I have used the aerosol version. It works great. You just squirt a little in the keyhole, and it evaporates, leaving a nice graphite film.
