Oooh, How much. That'd be worth a trip to the border. Though do you come down for the XXX Rootbeer Saturdays often?

2nd in line after Hawk!

The turbo bumper has a thicker rubber strip. the NA rubber strip is thinner.

I removed mine - I think it looks better without it.

I think it's closer to plastic than rubber on the turbo bumper.

Yeah, the turbo/S2 rubber is simply thicker and better looking than the thin n/a rubber. You can also remove the rubber, fill the holes, and respray it and it'll look even nicer.

Mine has a small crack and it'll be fixed and primered before I sell it. If anyone wants to buy it and wants it shaved style (without the rubber) I can filler the holes too before I primer it.

I have the proper brackets/mounts as well (for the towing eye)

I paid about 150pounds + $100cdn shipping + ~$70 in taxes/duties (and waited 3 months for the damned thing!!)

Now I'm converting my 951 to IP1/ITE and apparently the euro bumper is illegal in my class - so I've no use for it!!!!

I need to get $400 cash for it.. I know you can get n/a ones for cheap in the uk, but the turbo ones are much harder to find, the turbo rubber is apparently NLA, and although it seems cheap to buy, it's very expensive to ship. So I think $400 cash is fair.

tifosiman's posts should come with a warning label:

Here's my euro bumper with "turbo strip." I like it with the strip.

Must ......resist ......buying another for back-up....

I'm into the bumper for just under $400, so shipping has to be extra, otherwise I'd lose money on it.

I would rather have a shaven beaver myself.
Fixed that for ya.

It would be nice if some fine young or old Rennlist member would work out a deal with a source for Euro Bumpers and do some importing of said bumpers. Even a one or two time group buy would work. Or even work out a deal with one of our UK Rennlist members and get some bumpers shipped over to this side of the pond.

www.944online.com sells them. They import them from Germany and are factory stuff. Only thing is the price...but that's where I aquired mine. Came in the original box and everything, never mounted ready for paint.
