944online shipping
my mother informed me recently that she purchased a armest hinge from 944online for me for christmas. she ordered it about a month ago and it still has not come. she only told me about it because she is worried that she might have done something wrong(she is not very good with computers). anyway, my question is how long does it usually take to receive orders from 944online?

I've ordered from them several times and always got everything shipped quickly as well. Every order I placed was shipped the next day and was at my door a few days later. Give them a call.

I got charged $12 for shipping two little pieces of plastic that weigh less than a half empty can of soda, most likely my first and last order.

That is called handling, they are business with employees to pay and lights to keep on. Someone had to pull the parts, box the order and pay for shipping.

Ian and Jamie are not usually open on Saturdays, much less Sundays! I don't know if they're open today, but give them a jingle right now and find out.
Thanks for the "jog". I've got to e-mail them a "Merry Christmas"!!!

Dean...
Ian's at his computer as we speak. Just shot him a "Happy Christmas, Laddie" and got a reply.
They're top notch people... give him a call or email and let him know of the problem... He runs a responsive and very pro-active operation.
And a "Happy Christmas" to you all as well!!!
