I was going to say you can goto www.finalgear.com they have links to torrents for most if not all the Top Gear and 5th Gear episodes.

Last I heard BBC cracked down on video hosting sites... thus its not on youtube or veoh or whatever. Our only option now is torrents, but at least after you wait out the loooong leeching session you can watch it whenever you want.
