Quick interior picture
I spent some time earlier cleaning snow off my car and figured I'd take a few pictures...here's one showing my Momo stuff (seats, steering wheel, shift **** and boot) as well as the black interior (used to be brown). I'm still waiting to put in a Jager wood trim kit and maybe a different Momo ****, but I thought I'd throw up a picture of where it is now. Enjoy!

Thanks! And yeah, I know...the shift boot does stick out a little. It doesn't look terrible in person, but I'm hoping to fix it soon. The wood trim kit I got has a piece that goes around that (it's where there's a carpet piece fromt the factory) that I'm hoping that will fix the problem. If it doesn't, well maybe i'll cough up and buy the carpet trim piece that goes there...we'll see.

they're Momo RS-GT seats and yes, they are definitely much more supportive than the factory seats. They're not bad for long trips either...I've definitely driven several hundred miles in a day in them and been fine

Another question on your seats. How much do you weigh and are they larger or smaller than OE sport seats? The sport seats are too tight for my fat ****. I like the look of those though if they would fit me.

have to say i'd agreee- fake wood paneling in a sports car? not my taste. and if you are going to use carbon fiber, use carbon fiber. i always chuckle at the "carbon fiber look" that only looks like cf from 10' away.

Thanks for the comments...I'll try to answer all the questions...
shift **** - I bought a kit from automotion.com which is basically a piece of aluminum bar cut to slide over the factory shift lever and I used that to mount the **** to. It cost I think $30 for the adapter piece. If you go for an aftermarket ****, I would highly recommend getting an aftermarket boot to go with it - I haven't really seen anybody manage to integrate the factory boot particularly well and I really like how the Momo boot has a collar that threads onto the bottom of the **** - no risk of the boot falling down!
seats - I forget how much they weigh, but I want to say around 12-15lbs a seat plus brackets, so maybe 25 lbs a side? I think they're slightly larger than sport seats, but they're definitely very supportive. I'm 6'2 and about 190 lbs and I fit fine, but my buddy who's 6'1 and 285 said they felt a little tight...It's all a matter of personal opinion though, but I hope that helps a little
lastly, about the trim, it's actually real wood trim. I saw some of the stuff that they've made for 928's and it doesn't look tacky at all. If I get a chance, I'll try to take some pictures of the kit itself to better illustrate this, but the pieces look really good uninstalled - not cheap or tacky at all. Some might say that wood trim and fabric sport seats is a bit of a contradiction, but I actually got the idea from my friend's Audi A4, which came stock with black fabric seats and wood trim...I think it looks really classy but sporty and functional
that and the wood trim covers up the worn center console and the brown window switch trim pieces nicely
