2500 rpm idle

Default 2500 rpm idle

i just replaced injectors,now 951 idles at 2500 rpm
at startup and won't idle down after tap on pedal.
what did i do?

What injectors did you replace them with? Stock? Larger?

Try spraying some WD40 around the base of the injectors where the o-rings are. If it makes the idle change, then you have a sealing problem.

Start by checking everything you may have unplugged in the process. Then check it again.

see if the throttle or cruise control cable are too tight.

Default bearone was right,thanks!!

that was it ,

i disconnected the cruise control cable,never used it anyway,

and idle returned to 925-950.

i also sprayed carb cleaner around throttle,951 was sitting

for awhile.

runs like a champ now.
