so i noticed the last time i was checking oil that i had some on my hard pipe, then noticed that there was oil on the radiator just below the hard pipe. there was even some going up the hard pipe on the way to the engine... is that ok? and should i clean my intercooler?

A little bit is normal, just a sign of an aging KKK turbo. Mine was pretty bad. Remove the IC and clean it with paint thinner. I used a couple gallons and it came out nasty.
