Default Foggy windows

Hi Guys

I'm a noob to 944's worked on Audi's for 10 Years, windows fogged up the other night in the car carpets appear to be dry. I think it may be the core.... any idea's before i take apart the dash, last one i did on an Audi 200 Turbo just disconnected cables, hoses and pulled it out from under the hood.

Regards

Early or late car? I can tell you on the early cars doing the heater core is a real pain in the ****. The whole dash really has to come out...
