Default Snow tire dilemma (pics)

What do you do when your new set of wheels (with Blizzaks) makes the car look a lot better than the cookie cutters?

Luckily you live close enough to me that I can jack it up, take them, and get them to my house before the po-po get your call.

What do you do? You take a long drive through the mountains to break them in of course!

Damn you make me sad. Right after I bought my 86, I had a chance to nab some boxster wheels just like those. Passed on them over $50 in price difference and bought phone dials..... now I want the boxster wheels

LOL, I just bought those same boxster wheels, and after I realized how narrow they are, I realized they're perfect for snow tires. I bought them because they look cool and they were inexpensive, but at 6 and 7, there's no way I would street my car with them. How could they offer a 2000+ Porsche with such narrow wheels?
